My Approach
Before your initial session, a new client form is completed by you, which is a review of your current lifestyle and health goals.
In your first session, we assess your current lifestyle, concerns, and goals to create a tailored plan just for you.
In your follow-up sessions, I suggest the top 1-3 diet or lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals. Together you build on habits from the prior session with fun “homework” assignments to complete in between sessions. You will also discuss your progress, troubleshoot if needed, and I will educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on.
